CANCELATION POLICY 

Due to the recent increase of NO-SHOWS appointments and repeat last-minute cancellations. Salon Thairapy22 now requires a 25% deposit of the estimated cost of service to hold all appointments booked online, by phone and in person. 

All deposits will be deducted from the total bill at checkout. We kindly ask for 24hr notice for all cancelations if possible. Deposits are automatically refunded to the card on file if your appointment is canceled with 24hr notice.

 No call, no shows will forefit their deposit and automatically charged up to 50% 0f the scheduled service price. 

In true Emergency situations, please give the salon a call to discuss deposit refund.

RETURNS

If you are unhappy with any of our products, you may return and swap for another product of the same price or less with in 1 week (7days) of purchase date.

Unfortunately we do not offer refunds on services, however, If you are dissatisfied with any service you have received at Salon Thairapy 22 LLC.  Please notify us with in 1 week (7days) of the date your original service was provided and we will be happy to have you come back in to have any corrections or adjustment made. 

Children’s Policy  

At Salon Thairapy 22 LLC, we are happy to welcome children into our salon and strive to create a comfortable, enjoyable experience for all of our guests.

To maintain a relaxing and professional environment for everyone, we ask that children be able to sit calmly and cooperate throughout their service.

If a child becomes distressed, including crying, screaming, or inability to safely continue the service, our stylists will discontinue the appointment immediately out of respect for the child, the stylist, and other guests in the salon.

In these situations:

• The service will be considered complete
• The parent or guardian remains responsible for full payment of the scheduled service

We appreciate your understanding that this policy is in place to ensure the safety, comfort, and experience of all clients and staff.
